John Shaw

Head of Corda Business Unit

John Shaw is the Head of the Corda Business Unit at R3. He leads the Product Management teams for the Corda platform, Managed Services, interoperability and applications/SDKs.

Before R3, John had previously been at Sophos, a cybersecurity vendor, for 15 years serving as VP of Product Management, and most recently was CPO of SquaredUp, a vendor of monitoring tools for DevOps teams. Before Sophos he was at Microsoft, and at two Cambridge UK tech startups in product roles.

He has degrees in computing and artificial intelligence from Oxford and Imperial.
