The receptionist is part of the Business Resources Team who are responsible for many vital aspects of the business. We are here to ensure that our staff can be as successful and self-sufficient as possible.

Our team is in charge of all travel and office resources. We devise and implement policies in consultation with the business. The Travel, Business continuity and company “giving” policy lie in our hands. We provide desk top support, training and how-to guides in how our offices and technical facilities work. We ensure catering is both appetising and caters to dietary requirements. We know where all the cables are – and yes – we can probably find you a post-it when you need it too!

You will serve as Receptionist, or in such other capacity as may be reasonably determined by the Company’s management from time to time. 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Switchboard answering incoming calls and relaying to correct team member or take messages where necessary
  • Accept and sort mail and packages and deal with courier incoming and outgoing;
  • Maintain records of suppliers, services, team travel profiles
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office remain neat and tidy
  • Assist with the coordination of meeting arrangements, lunches, logistics and pre-meeting preparations
  • Preparation and provision of refreshments for guests
  • Assist with work and personal errands and tasks as needed by the Group Exco
  • Keep kitchen area under control and maintain grocery levels of all items
  • Assist Office Manager with organization, special projects, and other support needs for the team
  • Assist the Business Resources team with general duties relating to the maintenance of office systems and services
