Responsibilities

  • Apply robust and appropriate analysis techniques so project teams can be as well informed and effective as possible. This is will include data analytics, as-is and to-be modelling, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, MOSCOW analysis and process engineering.
  • Join project teams and contribute to the success of the delivery by taking ownership of data-based insights for more informed decision making.
  • Communicate to internal and external stakeholders using a variety of techniques appropriately tailored to the audience including running productive stakeholder meetings via video conference.
  • Aid the PMO team in creating short-term plans for robust and transparent delivery.
  • Display flexibility under changing priorities and actively collaborate with R3 teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements to business analysis and project delivery be recommending off-the-shelf tooling and the adoption of best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • 5+ years experience delivering enterprise software to external clients.
  • Confluence, Jira and PowerBI experience are an advantage.
