The Business Resources Team are responsible for many vital aspects of the business,  and we are here to ensure that our staff can be as successful and self-sufficient as possible.
Our team is in charge of all travel, internal and external events and office resources. We devise and implement policies in consultation with the business. The travel, business continuity and company “giving” policies lie in our hands. We provide IT support where you need it, training and how-to guides on how our offices and technical facilities work. We are responsible for all IT related acquisitions, maintenance, hardware purchasing & installation, software licence management, new joiner set up and welcome and ongoing desktop support.

Our summer intern will be providing support to the onsite London team and working on projects including but not limited to, administration support and events management.


  • Greet and welcome guests and ensuring our meeting rooms and office space remain neat and tidy
  • Assisting the team with work, personal errands and tasks as needed by the Group Exco
  • Supporting our Office Manager with organization, including special projects, and any other additional support as needed by the team
  • Updating internal spreadsheets and creating new worksheets in Excel and Airtable as required by the Business Resources team
  • Assisting with the coordination of meeting arrangements, luncheons, logistics and pre-meeting preparations
  • Organising and coordinating internal and external events

Education & Experience:

  • 2nd/3rd year student completing a relevant degree (events management, communications, business communications, business administration)
  • Experience within an office administration or events role, in which you can demonstrate delivering several projects simultaneously within agreed timescales ideally within events is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
  • Ability to ensure that the multiple colleagues and stakeholders involved in a project are kept informed and engaged in the development, delivery and review of an event    
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential as well as exceptional PowerPoint skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team as well as great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and creativity personality
  • Familiarity with blockchain/distributed ledger and financial technology ideal but not required

Additional Information:

  • Please note the start date for this position is Monday 29th June (subject to change) and our internship program lasts for 12 weeks; at present we can only consider applicants that commit to these time frames.
  • Moreover, we cannot provide sponsorship for this position so in order to be considered, candidates will need to have the right to work in the UK
