We are looking for a Lead Build Engineer and team Manager to help us rethink how we build and deploy Corda, Corda Enterprise and other products in the Corda ecosystem. You will have a passion for build engineering and continuous improvement. You will manage and grow a team that is the SDLC Centre of Excellence at R3.
You will be delivering and supporting tooling and frameworks to underpin the build and release process, including the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure for our internal engineering community and a growing number of consumers of this shared service.
You can work independently and a have experience working in an environment where you have to balance BAU support requests with longer term strategic work and you are comfortable managing this for your team.
You recognise challenges around security, scale and stability early and manage those challenges as well as keep a keen eye on cost efficiency.
You will closely interact with the IT Ops as well as core Engineering teams and be able to engage with and report progress to senior management.
Most importantly you are excited and motivated by the challenge of solving hard problems in a way that delivers to internal customers within Engineering and is impactful to the entire organisation.
