We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Product Marketer to join Conclave, R3’s new privacy-preserving platform.

R3’s Conclave team is on a mission to build the leading privacy-preserving platform for the development of tamper-proof software. Applications range from aggregating sensitive data to detect sophisticated types of fraud, training AI models with sensitive data sets, or aggregating sensitive transaction data for risk reporting across organisations.
Conclave is a software development kit, evolving to a suite of complementary cloud services, rooted in hardware-based confidential computing techniques, designed to bring privacy-preserving capabilities to developers globally.

As the Product Marketer for Conclave, you will use your deep understanding of the technology to drive awareness and traction, especially during new launches and feature releases. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering and the wider business unit to consolidate and analyse feedback and data, using this to help inform product development as well as insights into the broader market. You will craft engaging messaging around product positioning and use a data-driven approach to tracking the success of launch and growth campaigns.

Conclave is an early-stage and technical confidential computing product so you will therefore need to be someone with a passion for and deep understanding of privacy-enhancing techniques.


  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging and sales collateral that is backed by customer research and product understanding
  • Own growth initiatives to increase awareness, discoverability and consideration of Conclave 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and the wider business unit to help inform product and feature development
  • Launch features with a bang and drive sustained adoption over time
  • Determine success metrics for launch, growth and adoption, report this data back to the team with backed up data and analysis
  • Write communications for different mediums and audiences (emails, blog posts and in-app etc.)
  • Utilise data and analytics to gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and customer profiles and personas
  • Define, track, and report upon metrics that inform the success of product launches and marketing strategies


  • You’ve experience in marketing SaaS products 
  • You’re motivated by growth targets

  • You’re comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
  • You are passionate about confidential computing and are comfortable working with a technical team
