We are looking for a Project Manager to join an amazing group of technologists, industry experts and thought leaders who will bring high quality project delivery expertise and discipline to R3. As part of the Project Management Office reporting into the Head of PMO you will apply best practices, continuously think about how we can improve our technical and engineering project delivery and work closely with our internal technical teams to ensure that we are delivering software to the expected time, quality and budget. You are knowledgeable in mainstream project management approaches with a particularly specialisation in Agile delivery. You are comfortable working autonomously within these approaches.
You will have extensive software development project management experience and exhibit a natural passion for getting the most out of the teams you work with. This will complement your strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have a strong sense of foresight for potential challenges and risks and devise plans to address and mitigate these, both around the implemented engineering processes and the delivery ‘machinery’. You will contribute to the success of our software products by choreographing scheduled and adhoc meetings and retrospectives, maintaining documentation relating to project delivery processes and contributing to the day-to-day positivity within R3. You will have a methodical and fastidious attitude to software delivery by capturing, tracking and driving actions across the delivery teams to a successful conclusion, keeping fast-moving situations under control and using the right combination of project delivery techniques to suit.
You will have experience working in firms where releases, software development lifecycles and speed-to-market are the back-bone of your work. You will want to delight your colleagues by helping provide them with a high quality project delivery experience. The majority of your project delivery experience will be from working in Agile environments where project managers, product managers and engineers work closely together
How We’re Handling Covid-19
We are extremely grateful to continue to grow as a company during these unprecedented times. Our #1 priority is the health, safety, and wellbeing of our current and future R3’ers. We want to share with you what we’re doing and what you can expect throughout our interview and on-boarding processes.
Since March, most R3’ers have been working remotely, although we have opened some key office locations global, with limited capacity for those that cannot work from home or need to come into the office.
As you go through the virtual interview process with us, please don’t worry if children or pets make a guest appearance. We understand these things happen- it’s real life after all! If we are fortunate enough to welcome you to the team, we’ll get a laptop couriered to you and get you set up virtually on your first day. We also provide you with a “Work From Home” allowance to enable you to purchase some equipment to be more comfortable and productive.
We Have And Will Continue To Take Steps To Ease Some Of The Burden For Our R3’ers
