R3 is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to provide pre-sales support to our Field Sales Organization. The SDR is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities.
The SDR will service inbound leads and other inquiries with the goal of engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. Additionally, the SDR will align closely with our Account Executives and Marketing Team to create and execute on outbound lead generation campaigns. This role is focused on conducting account research in target accounts in your territory and performing outreach through email, phone, and social.
The SDR is often the first point of contact for our prospective clients so you must be able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism, probe for business challenges and articulate ways in which R3’s Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology can solve their problems.
