Support Revenue Generation
- Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to Sales teams
- Help Sales team define, measure, and achieve key performance targets
- Advise on commercial structure for large and complex deals, and support sales reps in highly complex enterprise deal negotiations
- Ensure post-sales operations including invoicing, payment collection, contract management, renewals are designed and run effectively
- Facilitate R3’s internal Customer Success Fund to manage internal investments for customer projects
- Work with a team of Business Managers, coaching more junior members of staff.
Support Revenue Innovation
- Own variable sales compensation models to incentives aligned to our company and customer goals. Partner with Finance & HR for implementation.
- Relay the voice of the customer and data insights to optimise our go-to-market and sales motion
- Own our pricing models and methods, commercial term approval matrix, and product catalogue. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to drive pricing innovation.
- Help drive large and complex deals across the finish line by partnering closely with Product, Finance, and Legal
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working at a high-growth software company
- Firm understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (Bookings, ARR, Churn/Retention, etc.)
- Use data to solve large and complex problems
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency with common sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Tableau
- Have ninja level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Occasional international travel needed
