The experienced Social Media Management Executive will be both confident in and responsible for assisting the Digital Media Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring R3’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts, and increase sales.
They will use their working knowledge and experience to assist in organic and paid social media campaigns, managing the social content calendar, monitoring the social inbox, creating listening feeds and reports on social activity in the space, and more.
The Social Media Management Executive will also help our employee advocacy efforts on social by using the EveryoneSocial tool and other gamification tactics in order to promote social selling and employee advocacy.
The Social Media Management Executive will be able to hit the ground running and have an immediate focus on managing our social media presence around our flagship conference, CordaCon. This includes pre-conference promotion, live posting of the event, and in-depth post conference promo of all presentations. This role is extremely fast-paced and you’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple project and assignments as well as demonstrating a flexible approach and being adaptable, as priorities can change quickly.


  • Run paid and organic social campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with the Digital Media Manager
  • Maintain content on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn and maintain R3’s social content calendar
  • Set up social listening feeds and VIP lists on Sprout Social in order to keep an eye on competitor and target account social media feeds
  • Manage R3’s smart inbox and delegate to team members where needed
  • Generate reports
  • Support the Digital Media Manager with the successful set up and running of live social events (Vimeo live, LinkedIn live, YouTube live)
  • Create promotional audiograms where needed for webinars, live events, and podcast episodes with transcriptions for social media channels
  • Maintain R3’s Instagram feed for HR purposes
  • Work on wider brand awareness initiatives and campaigns as determined by the Digital Media Manager
  • Manage our internal social newsletter with recent social stats and recommended posts for employees to share
  • Manage our EveryoneSocial employee advocacy platform

Experience & Qualifications

  • Working experience as a Social Media Coordinator/ Social Media Executive or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • A knowledge of social media management platforms and using social posting apps (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout, or other) is essential
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
