We are looking for an Engineer to join the build and tooling team to help us build Corda, Corda Enterprise and other products in the Corda ecosystem. Your customers will be the amazing group of technologists that build Corda. We make decisions based on metrics, so as well as being passionate about automation and tooling, you will be capturing and generating metrics that are used to make those decisions. You will help us continuously improve the efficiency of our infrastructure and tooling, and the productivity of our engineers.
You can work independently to research a problem domain to gain insight and subsequently deliver the work and solve the problem. Most importantly you are excited and motivated by the challenge of solving hard problems in a way that delivers to internal customers. You are familiar with Splunk, JIRA, GitHub and Jenkins or at least you are excited to learn and master those tools and their APIs. You are happy to use and maybe learn the language or tool that is the right one for the job and you can demonstrate that you can write code in at least one scripting language.

Since March, most R3’ers have been working remotely, although we have opened some key office locations global, with limited capacity for those that cannot work from home or need to come into the office.
As you go through the virtual interview process with us, please don’t worry if children or pets make a guest appearance. We understand these things happen- it’s real life after all! If we are fortunate enough to welcome you to the team, we’ll get a laptop couriered to you and get you set up virtually on your first day. We also provide you with a “Work From Home” allowance to enable you to purchase some equipment to be more comfortable and productive.
