R3 is an enterprise blockchain software firm working with a broad ecosystem of more than 300 members and partners across multiple industries from both the private and public sectors to develop on Corda, our open-source blockchain platform, and Corda Enterprise, a commercial version for enterprise usage. Our global team of over 275 professionals in 13 countries is supported by over 2,000 technology, financial, and legal experts drawn from our global member base. The Corda platform is already being used in industries from financial services to healthcare, shipping, insurance and more. It records, manages and executes institutions’ financial agreements in perfect synchrony with their peers, creating a world of frictionless commerce.
R3 believes that distributed ledger technology (DLT) has the potential to transform many industries, the finance industry included. Our team comprises proven thought-leaders in the DLT space who have been selected for their craftsmanship, passion and expertise. The Corda platform has demonstrated huge potential in the market so far, and as we keep pursuing our ambitious goals in this challenging space, the quality of our software will be paramount to our success.
The QA Test Engineer will be responsible for developing functional and non-functional test cases to validate operation of R3s product suite using bespoke regression automation frameworks for testing (e.g. CRAFT). The successful candidate will have hands on manual and automated test engineering experience, understand the challenges of testing platform technologies, demonstrate critical investigative abilities, and be able to work well at all levels of the software testing lifecycle. They will be experienced using several programming languages and test frameworks, be comfortable with ambiguity and may have worked both in banking and startup environments. Capital Markets and/or Trading technology experience is not mandatory but a plus.

If we are fortunate enough to welcome you to the team, we’ll get a laptop couriered to you and get you set up virtually on your first day. We also provide you with a “Work From Home” allowance to enable you to purchase some equipment to be more comfortable and productive.
