Ivar Wiersma is the Head of the Conclave Business Unit at R3. He is an effective change leader with over 20+ years experience in banking, fintech, capital markets, sales, business development, venture building and strategy.

Before R3, Ivar started ING Wholesale Banking’s Innovation department and led Blockchain and Advanced Analytics teams. He also co-founded ING Labs Venture Studio, where he was responsible for 10+ company launches, spin-outs and more.
