Sara Hale

Head of Marketing

Sara Hale is the Head of Marketing at R3, overseeing all aspects of R3’s marketing and brand strategy. She is responsible for ensuring consistency across R3’s product portfolio, maintaining and building the R3 brand, creating awareness, as well as driving demand for R3 products and services across all marketing channels.

Before joining R3, Sara led Brand & Corporate Marketing at Finastra, a leading Fintech. Prior to joining Finastra, she held a variety of senior marketing roles at Fitch Ratings and Fitch Solutions over the course of 10 years. Prior to that, she led Americas Field Marketing at Algorithmics, a risk management software firm, which was acquired by IBM and later SS&C Technologies. Prior to Algorithmics, she spent six years leading North and Latin America Marketing at a financial data SaaS company, which has since been acquired by Moody’s Analytics.

Sara has more than 20 years experience in marketing in financial services and technology spanning corporate, product and field marketing. She holds a BA from Tulane University and MA from Columbia University.
