R3 HoldCo LLC (together with its subsidiaries, “R3,” “we,” or “us”) respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Statement describes the types of information we collect about you, how we use the information, with whom we share it, the choices available to you regarding our use of the information, and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. We never sell your data – to anyone.

Linking to a third party site does not necessarily mean that we endorse the site, any products or services described on the site, or any other material contained in a third party site.  To the extent any linked websites you visit are not owned or controlled by us, we are not responsible for the sites’ content, any use of the sites, or the privacy practices of the sites.  Please review the privacy statement on those other websites to see how they handle your information.

If you choose to use our Website in any way, such as browsing or interacting, you agree with the terms of our current Privacy Statement as posted here.   1. How Does R3 Use My Information?

  1. How Does R3 Share My Information?

We may disclose your information to R3 affiliates and third parties who help us with our business functions, such as service providers or suppliers.  Examples of these service providers include entities that provide web hosting or analytics services and applications that store your personal data for registration and marketing purposes.  These service providers may be located around the world and may be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence. We will also share your personal data when we in good faith believe it is necessary for us to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation under applicable law, or respond to a valid legal process.

R3 will take reasonable precautions to protect your information from loss, misuse or alteration.  We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protection the security of your personal data. Please be aware, however, that any email or other transmission you send through the Internet cannot be completely protected against unauthorized interception. We have implemented various policies including access and retention policies to guard against unauthorized access.

GDPR provides rights to individuals in relation to their personal data.  The right provided to individuals include the following:

7. Does R3 Collect Information From Children?

R3 does not intentionally collect information from children under 13 years of age, and children under age 13 should not submit any information to us.  If we become aware that a child has provided us with information without parental consent, or a parent or guardian of a child contacts us through the contact information provided below, we will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our databases.

  1. What Choices Do I Have?

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Statement and for our internal business purposes.  If you would like us to delete information, you may contact us using the information below and we will take reasonable efforts to delete your information from our records, but may need to keep a copy for administrative or compliance purposes (such as documenting that an interaction occurred).

9.  I Live in California – What About My California Privacy Rights?

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from R3 regarding the manner in which R3 shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to R3 at its designated email address and receive the following information:

  • The categories of information R3 disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; and
  • The names and addresses of third parties that received such information, or if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name, then examples of the products or services marketed.
